I design with real people at the center and the bigger picture in mind. My work bridges strategy and implementation to build programs and systems that are inclusive, sustainable, and built to last. “Nothing about us, without us” is a guiding principle for me. Starting from a place of listening and learning leads to solutions that truly keep people at the heart of what we build.

I believe meaningful change starts with building trust, relationships, and shared ownership. I excel at creating systems and spaces where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to shape our future together.

I approach every project with a commitment to equity, creativity, and care. I believe that lasting impact grows when we combine social justice, environmental responsibility, and economic resilience. While difficult, I find this work fun and infuse a sense of possibility and joy along the way. We can do anything we want to do; it just takes people willing to challenge the status quo and say “yes, and.”
